U.S. Shipping:

Flat-Rate Shipping & Handling costs to anywhere in the U.S. is $14.95 each.

  • We use Priority Mail for U.S. destinations - takes 2-3 days
  • We typically ship within a day or two of the order (If there are any delays, see our home page 'Note' stated in RED )

Canada Shipping:

Shipping & Handling costs to anywhere in Canada is the USPS Rate $43.70 each. (That's what USPS charges us).

  • Free Shipping on Any Two FrostHeater kits to Any Canadian address, this saves you $87.40!
  • We use the U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International for Canadian destinations, we've seen it generally takes 7 to 10 business days, however they tell us it takes 2-3 days to get into Canada, then 5-21 business days for delivery due to Canadian Customs. No Broker's Fees. Any duty fees and/or foreign taxes will be paid by the customer. Tracking numbers are sent the second we print the shipping label (check your Junk foilder of the email you used to make the purchase), can be tracked both on the USPS website and the Canadian Post Office website.

European Shipping: email us for details. Yes, we offer 220 volt kits! Ask us!

 

General Info:

The receipt you recieve immediately after ordering is confirmation of your order, at this time we do not send out a separate email to confirm to keep costs down, unless there is a delay with the order.

Tracking info is automatically emailed to you the moment we print the shipping label to the email you used to make the purchase....check your Junk folder of that email if you don't see it. Please include the email used to make your purchase with any inquiries to us using a different email.

There are no refunds for delays in shipping, longer-than-expected delivery times, or due to weather delays.

We typicaly ship within a day or depending upon when the order was received and how many orders are in front of yours. Off-season orders can be delayed up to a week because we're doing off-season family things. :)

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Returned packages will require additional postage to re-ship the package.

As Always, Free Shipping on quantity orders of two or more - No shipping is added to orders of two or more to the same address. Get a Friend, buddy, co-worker, or family member and SAVE!  Even to Canada!!  Everyone these days knows a fellow TDI'r

Express Mail shipping to U.S. addresses available at additional cost, email us to set it up. Note there is typically a day delay before we can ship, depending upon the time of day and if the day's shipment already left.

Express Mail shipping International to Canada available at additional cost. Cuts the normal deivery time to approx one week, depending upon Canadian Customs. Note: PayPal will likely charge your form of payment immediately upon ordering, so please check with us prior to ordering if there is a backborder and you don't want your form of payment charged.

New Returns

  • Our bank only allows refunds within 60 days of the purchase.

  •  No returns can be accepted without first contacting us by phone or e-mail for an RMA. (email preferred). Any orders returned without an RMA cannot be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

    Please read the following return guidelines carefully:

  • All products must be returned in new condition in original packaging.

  • Products damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refund so please ensure your return is adequately protected.

  • Product returned with a 'Signature Required' delays the return to us by approx 3 days. We live in the sticks, nobody will steal your return, and we have video surveillance recording 24/7 on the entire property.

  • Products that have been installed may not be returned.

  • All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

  • Most companies do not accept electric returns, we do as long as they have not been used

  • Refunds for returned products are less any shipping, customs fees, or taxes, for outbound and/or return shipping. If you originally had free shipping, the amount it cost to originally ship to you will be deducted from your refund.

  • No COD returns will be accepted.

Damage/Shortage

  • Any missing, or incorrect items must be reported with 30 days of package delivery to us via email.

  • Shipping related damage claims MUST be made against the carrier as FrostHeater Inc is not responsible for damage incurred during shipment.

Warranty

  • The FrostHeater kit comes with a 1 year replacement warranty from the date of purchase for workmanship defects only.  Note, we most likely will ask for photos of the installation to assist us in determining the support you need, often times it's a simple thing that we've run into with past installations. We do not ship warranty replacements without troubleshooting the issue and reviewing photos first. You'd be upset if the replacement unit exhibited the same issue, and it turned out to be your extension cord or outlet. Please try a different extension cord and a different outlet first, making sure all connections are clean and bone dry.

  • All warranty returns must be back on our doorstep within 45 days to get your deposit back

  • The warranty can only be honored to the original purchaser and will be verified before an RMA is issued. Should the part change ownership by itself or on a vehicle, the warranty is no longer valid. Any modifications to the original product and/or installation will void the warranty. Running the vehicle's engine while the FrostHeater is plugged in will also void the warranty as that can shatter the heating element.

  • Includes free tech support for the life of the product no matter who originally purchased the kit.  We stand behind our product and will assit in tech support when you need it, and will assit you in troubleshooting and advice free of charge.  Note, we most likely will ask for photos of the kit to assist us in determining the support you need, making sure you have the corrrect kit, it's a Genuine FrostHeater product, and if it's still in good shape to use.
